I became interested in Crossfit 4 years ago. As a fireman strength and stamina are important and Crossfit’s combination of high intensity and strength training are ideal for keeping me in shape. After doing Crossfit for 2 years, I realized just how functional the program really was. I saw people twice my age moving better than people my age. I became a coach to help people move better. Whether someone’s goal is to lose weight, get stronger, or become more fit, I’d like to help improve their quality of life and promote their wellness.
