I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 4 years. Being a collegiate athlete myself made CrossFit an easy transition. I enjoy it because not only am I very passionate about the program I also believe it will assist me with my career path. Coaching CrossFit allows me to help others which is something that I enjoy. I believe coaching fitness is a direct way to objectively improve someone’s life. It is extremely rewarding to influence a person’s well-being in a positive manner.
