In Crossfit we teach that in order for ones fitness to be all inclusive, we must train ten general skills.  Those skills are; cardiovascular/respiratory/endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.  Crossfit's plan is to increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains.



The best ways to train the ten general skills is through olympic weightlifting.  Olympic lifts are unique in there ability to create neurological and muscular adaptation.  We train athletes to effectively activate more muscle fibers more rapidly than through any other modality of training.



Our goal is to layout the foundational body movements to advance your training in our regular Crossfit classes.  We focus on hollow and arch positions and core control.  Overall, we teach efficiency of movement.  This is perfecting and learning movement patterns that will #1 keep us safe and #2 optimize performance.
